My name is Erin. I moved to the Bay Are (CA) from Gainesville, FL in 2008. I currently live in San Leandro with my boyfriend and my cat, but we’re hoping to move to Berkeley soon. I work at UC Berkeley and am attending the Natural Chef program at Bauman College.
I like vegan food. I like making vegan food. I like feeding vegan food to other people, when they’ll let me. Here I will tell you about the vegan food I make.

Andrew – The swap where I got all the Japanese stuff was through theppk.com. This is the third one I’ve done and they’ve all been great.
